Thornydale All Stars lose heart-breaker to Coronado

The Thornydale All Stars lost to the Coronado All Stars 8-5 tonight at Kreigh Park in a District 5 elimination game. Thornydale finished at 1-2  with a win over Tanque Verde and back-to-back losses to Canyon View and Coronado,which broke open a close game tonight with a four-run fourth inning. Thornydale stranded base runners in just about every inning, but couldn't get the key hit when they needed it. My grandson, Jadon, walked twice and scored a run. Jadon also made two running catches in center field. Great job, Jadon and the Thornydale All Stars.
