Arizona remains unbeaten at CWS
The Arizona Wildcats strung together five hits to score four runs in the bottom of the fourth inning and rode the right arm of Konner Wade the rest of the way as they knock off UCLA, 4-0, to capture their second win at the College World Series in Omaha. Johnny Field, Alex Mejia, Robert Refsnyder, Sean Mejias-Brean and Bobby Brown all hit safely in the fourth as the Wildcats gave Wade all the runs he would need. Wade pitched a complete-game shutout and allowed the Bruins just five hits, while striking out four. He did not walk a batter. Arizona gets a rest for three days and will play in the national semi finals on Thursday. How sweet it is!
