Disappointment at Belmont

I'll Have Another was scratched from the Belmont Stakes earlier today. The owner, the trainer, the jockey and everyone close to the Triple Crown threat are probably at the local tavern, having another and another. How disappointing it must be for them and a real downer for horse racing fans across the country. What a shame. A swollen tendon is the culprit. Now, I'll  Have Another is laid up, kinda like me. The only difference, the thoroughbred will be sent out to the pasture and I don't have a pasture to go to. I'll Have Another won't run again, the question is, will I? It's Day 14 for me and my second day in a boot. Stitches come out Wednesday, or should I say staples. I'll be glad to get rid of those.
