My grandson Jadon Price (7), the quarterback of the Wilson Junior High School Wranglers, threw the winning touchdown today when he connected over the middle to his favorite target, fullback Brayden Smith, on a 10-yard pass play that gave the Wranglers a 13-6 win at Wilson Field over the visiting Rams from Cross Junior High School. With three minutes left in the game Price found Smith for a 25-yard gain to set up a first and goal and with 2:40 left on the clock Price hit Smith for the winning touchdown. The game was the season opener for both schools.
