Congrats, to local Little League team

Congrats, to the Tucson Rincon Little League team which came within two wins of the this year's World Series in Williamsport, Pa.

Rincon lost 6-5 to Hawaii yesterday in San Bernardino, Calif. and were eliminated from the Western Regional Tournament. Two Tucson Little Leagues teams  -- one from the Cactus Little League in 1973 and the other from the Tucson International Little League in 1986 reached Williamsport and the world series championship game. Rincon won the Arizona State Little League Championship last month by beating Arrowhead from the Phoenix Glendale area. Rincon is a member of District 12 and its home field is Purple Heart Park in the Vail area.
