There will be no 100 game-winners in MLB this year

The Colorado Rockies beat the Boston Red Sox 8-3 in the Mile High City tonight. It was Boston's 63rd loss of the season -- meaning the major leagues will be without a 100 game-winner.  Boston  (95-63) went into tonight's game as the only major league team with a shot at the century mark. The Red Sox will go into tomorrow's action (Sept. 25) with the best winning percentage in the MLB at .601.
