Arizona first baseman Paul Goldschmidt goes 4 for 4 and drives in five runs as the Diamondbacks beat Colorado 8-2 today at Chase Field. The D'backs improve to 75-73 and take 2 of 3 from the visiting Rockies.
Goldschmidt leads the National League with 114 RBI. Goldy also hit his 32nd home run and is one behind the NL leader Pedro Alvarez of Pittsburgh.
The Diamondbacks will host the LA Dodger (86-62) in a four-game series, starting tomorrow night. Arizona is 11 games back of the Dodgers in the NL West.
