Diamondbacks will need to get by the prince
The Arizona Diamondbacks will need to get by the prince to get to the crown. The prince meaning Prince Fielder, of course, and the crown, meaning, ultimately, the 2011 World Series title. If manager Kirk Gibson and the D'backs can find a way to maneuver around the Milwaukee pitching staff at the National League Division Series, then the next thing they'll need to do is keep Fielder from being a factor at the plate in the best of five series. The power-hitting Brewers first baseman has 38 home runs and 120 RBI to go along with his .299 regular season batting average. Fielder has also walked 107 times, but he's also struck out 106 times.
Let's hope the D'backs pitchers can coax him into a few K's!
