D'backs' lead down to six games

The Arizona Diamondbacks were shut out last night by the Padres 2-0. That's two losses in a row! The D'backs' lead over the San Francisco Giants is down to six games.

The Giants cruised by the Rockies again last night. I'm sure Gibby is not panicking yet, but he needs to shuffle up and deal out a winning lineup and get this over with. The Milwaukee Brewers won yesterday and are now up a game over the Diamondbacks for the home field advantage. It looks more and more like a date with the Phillies in the first round of the playoffs -- and that's if we don't blow this lead, which just the other day was 9 1/2 games. Come on D'backs, let's pick up a win at San Diego and go home and clinch this thing.
