As expected, Cowboys roll over Wildcats

The ninth-ranked Oklahoma State Cowboys rolled over the Arizona Wildcats in Stillwater, Okla. tonight 37-14. Let's hope the Arizona players -- already playing without the services of top receiver, Juron Criner -- return home with nothing more than a few minor cuts and bruises. And let's hope, quarterback Nick Foles is in one piece and can shake off the hit he took in the final moments of the game in Stillwater.

Why? Because we need him, badly! While the Cowboys were routing the Wildcats and the ESPN announcers were quick to praise the efforts of Oklahoma State's quarterback Brandon Weeden through out the contest, Foles went about his business once again, throwing for 398 yards and one touchdown. Weeden did good, too. The Cowboys' quarterback threw for 397 yards and two touchdowns. But, in my book, praises should go out to Foles, who battled through a tough night in hostile territory, and without his number-one receiver. In two games, Foles has thrown for 810 yards and six touchdowns. By the way, Weeden has 785 yards and five touchdowns in his two games. Not bad!
