'Cats ranked 15th in latest AP Poll

I'm sure coach Sean Miller will make sure the Arizona Wildcats pay no mind to the fact the Associated Press has the 'Cats ranked No. 15 in the nation this week.

There should be plenty of time, during the plane ride to New York, to reiterate that fact. Yes, the 'Cats are 3-0 and are receiving a favorable early-season ranking, but so is 19th-ranked Texas A and M, one of the team's participating in the 2K Sports Classic benefiting Coaches vs. Cancer tourney at Madison Square Garden on Thursday and Friday. St John's, the Wildcats' opponent on Thursday will also pay no mind to the early-season rankings as will Mississippi State, the Texas A andM opponent in the tourney opener. The winners will square off on Friday, the losers will play in the consolation matchup.

Good luck, Wildcats!
