Grandson Jadon Price threw a 14-yard touchdown pass and intercepted two passes as he led the Wilson Junior High School Wranglers to a 36-6 win over Marana today at the Wilson Field. It was the Wranglers' fifth victory of the season and they remain unbeaten with one game remaining next Wednesday at home against Coronado Middle School. Jadon and the Wranglers jumped out to a 20-0 halftime lead thanks to a 50-yard TD run by James Garrett, a 30-yard TD run by Brayden Smith and 2-yard run by Ben Katsel. The Wranglers added two more touchdowns in the second half -- the first coming on a flare pass from Price to Katsel and another on a 60-yard pass reception by Smith. Both of Jadon's interceptions came in the fourth quarter as Wilson JHS is now just one game away from an unbeaten season and the league title. Way to go, Jadon and the Wranglers.
