Nut Rub, Mega Powers 3-0 in UPC Hood Fantasy Football League

Calls by the replacement referees caused some fantasy owners to cringe right along with the NFL coaches in Week 3 of professional football. The fantasy owners probably retreated to the local taverns to down a few cold ones and drown their sorrows. The professional gamblers in Las Vegas more than likely checked themselves into their local hospital emergency rooms to get their hearts checked -- especially the ones who had a bundle riding on the point-spread of the Green Bay-Baltimore game. As far as my UPC Hood Fantasy Football team, Team Priceless, well I have now lost two games in a row by a total of three points. A couple of missed calls or maybe an over reaction or two by the replacement referees caused my team to fall from second place to seventh in my 10-team fantasy league. Two teams in my fantasy league, Nut Rub and Mega Powers, survived Week 3 and own 3-0 records as we head into Week 4 and more chaos on all the NFL fields around the country. Another week of instance replays, soaring yellow flags and photo shots of red-faced coaches and owners are upon us. One thing is for sure, whether we hate or dislike the replacement refs, chances are we, the football fan, will be glued to our television sets on Thursday night to watch the next NFL installment -- the game between Cleveland and Baltimore.  Let the flags fall where they may!
