Diamondbacks take two from Dodgers

The Arizona Diamondbacks at least have the LA Dodgers number.

Arizona (71-72) knocks off the Dodgers 1-0 on Tuesday night and 3-2 tonight to sweep the two-game series at Chase Field. Ian Kennedy tosses 7.1 innings of shutout ball, strikes out six batters and allows just four hits on Tuesday, while Trevor Cahill matches Kennedy as he allows just two runs in seven innings tonight, striking out seven in the process and giving up just four hits.

The Diamondbacks won 12 of the 18 games against the Dodgers this season. The San Francisco Giants come to town on Friday for a three-game series. It's a must-win series for the Diamondbacks.
