The lights were out!

38-and-over Tucson MSBL

The lights were out. The 38-and-over Blackbirds were all set to take on the Beantown Bombers last night at Reid Park in the first round of the playoffs. Unfortunately, the powers-to-be who run the park didn't know that, or for some unknown reason turned off the switch, and in doing so forced four playoff teams to go home. I was all set for my return to the Blackbirds, after a four-month absence.

Oh well, maybe next week.
