Pigpen has a good day at MSBL World Series

Men's Senior Baseball League World Series

70-and-over American division

Pigpen Price went 2 for 4 and drove in two runs today at the Men's Senior Baseball League World Series but the San Antonio Texans lost 11-5 to the Arizona Scorpions and are 0-3 with two round-robin games remaining in the 70-and-over American division.

The Texans just couldn't get the key hit today when they needed it.

Price is now 2 for 9 in the tournament and teammate Ron Petersen went 1 for 4 today and is 3 for 9 after three days of action.

San Antonio will take on St. Thomas tomorrow at 2 p.m. at the Salt River Complex in north Scottsdale and will finish up the week against Australia on Thursday at 12:30 p.m. at the Tempe Diablo Complex.
