Daniel Murphy went 3 for 4, including the go-ahead home run in the sixth inning, and the New York Mets held off the Dodgers in LA tonight to win Game 5 of the NL Division Series, 3-2.

The Mets advance to the NLCS and will take on the Chicago Cubs.

The Final Four:

The Kansas City Royals and the Toronto Blue Jays

The New York Mets and the Chicago Cubs
