Mets bullpen falters in 8th inning
MLB World Series
Game 4
The Mets had the Kansas City Royals on the ropes in Game 4 tonight in New York.
And then the rope tightened.
Leading 3-2, the Mets bullpen gave up three runs in the top of the eighth inning and the Royals went on to win Game 4 by the score of 5-3 to take a 3-1 advantage in the World Series.
