Men's Senior Baseball League (MSBL) World Series update

70-and-over American Division


Detroit won the championship game last week in Phoenix at the Men's Senior Baseball League World Series. Detroit went undefeated during the five-game round robin games and beat the DC Nationals 8-6 in the title game.

Turns out the closest game Detroit had in the round robin games was against the San Antonio Texans, a team I played third base on and my Tucson Old Timers' teammate Ron Petersen played first base and pitched on.

The Texans went 0-5 but played hard through out the tourney. The Texans lost to Detroit 8-5.
