No contest: Arizona rolls to 38-point win over ASU


Arizona Wildcats Basketball


The 12th-ranked Arizona Wildcats (22-5, 10-4) dismantled Arizona State at McKale Center tonight.

The final score: 99-61. The Wildcats played the final five minutes with all of the starters on the bench.

Arizona center Kaleb Tarczewski hauled in a career-high 15 rebounds and Allonzo Trier pumped in 20 points and grabbed eight rebounds to lead the high-flying Wildcats. Dusan Ristic added 16 points, while Ryan Anderson contributed 15 points and eight rebounds. Gabe York and Kadeem Allen also finished in double figures with 12 points apiece.

Parker Jackson-Cartwright did his job as well with eight points, seven assists and no turnovers in his fourth straight game as a starter.

In the paint, it was all Arizona. The Wildcats out rebounded the Sun Devils, 50-26.

Way to go, Wildcats. Now go get those two road games!
