The 2019 MSBL World Series 73-and-over Arizona Scorpions
Men's Senior Baseball League World Series
73-and-over Arizona Scorpions
The two "Tucson guys" from the Tucson Old Timers are Arnie White (front row, far left) and Danny "Pigpen" Price (smack in the middle of back row leaning down, just moments after a hamstring pull in the 5th game of the 73-and-over division of the MSBL World Series).
Note: The little guy on the far right in the front row is from Puerto Rico and is 85 years old. His name: Pablo Garcia. The Arizona Scorpions, a first-year team in the 73-and-over division, played their hearts out but finished 1-4 and failed to make the playoffs this week in Phoenix at the 32nd annual event.
The two batting champs on the team: (photo below) Arnie White and Pigpen Price. White batted .500 in five games at the MSBL World Series, Price ended with a .441 average. White is 77, Price is 74.
