Tampa Bay evens ALDS at 2-2

Tampa Bay, with the lowest payroll in the Majors, gets to Justin Verlander in Game 4 and evens the ALDS at two games apiece with a 4-1 win over Houston.

It's Houston-bound for the Rays as they head back to Texas for a Game 5 on Thursday.

Tonight in St. Petersburg, Florida, Tampa Bay sent Verlander (1-1) to showers after just 3.2 innings. The Houston ace gave up four runs on seven hits, walked three and struck out five. Verlander threw 84 pitches and gave up home runs to Tommy Pham in the first inning and Willy Adames in the fourth.
