Washington State finishes runner-up in CBI

Reggie Moore scored 18 points for Washington State in the College Basketball Invitational finale tonight in Pittsburgh, but the Cougars season comes to an end as the Panthers win the title, 71-65.
The Cougars head home with the second place trophy and finish with an overall record of 19 wins and 18 losses.
