Stanford, Washington still a playin'

The Stanford Cardinal beat Nevada, 84-56, on Wednesday and are heading for the NIT semifinals and will face UMass, while Washington gets to go, too, as they take down Oregon, 90-86, in the quarterfinals and will take on Minnesota next Tuesday, March 27, at Madison Square Garden. And how about the upstart Washington State Cougars --yea, those guys, knock off Oregon State in the CBI Tournament and are now in the championship finale in that tourney and will face the Pittsburgh Panthers at Beasley Coliseum on March 26, in the first game of a three-game series for all the marbles.

It looks like somebody from the Pac-12 is going to win some hardware.
