Aces qualify for playoffs

The Tucson Golden Aces continue to play well without me. The Aces beat Dodgertown West 10-5 today at the MSBL World Series in Phoenix to finish 4-1 in pool play and qualify for the playoffs, which gets underway tomorrow morning. The Aces will need two wins tomorrow to advance to the title game. Way to go, guys!

Aces Update: The Aces lost on Saturday morning to Canada, 11-5, in the first round of the playoffs at Maryvale Park, ending their hopes for a MSBL World Series title. Still, a great showing by my teammates as they finished 4-2 in six straight days of competition against the top 65-and-over baseball teams in the country.
