Sacramento Stars win 73-and-over MSBL title

The Sacramento Stars beat the South Dakota Rushmores 6-4 this afternoon at Fitch Park in Mesa to grab the championship ring at the Men's Senior Baseball League World Series.

The Stars reached the final this morning with a 5-4 win over the Ohio Classics, while the Rushmores grabbed a spot in the final with a 21-4 win over the Virgin Islands.

Note: Seem's to be a discrepancy in the final score, but that happens frequently at the MSBL World Series as the results come in garbled from time to time between the newsletter and the actual scores. But no mistake about it, the Stars win the ring. Congrats, to them.
