A gutsy win in Salt Lake for Wildcats

I doubt there were too many Arizona fans, nor too many members of the Wildcats coaching staff who expected an easy win in Salt Lake City tonight. It was a rough one, but the Wildcats prevailed as they edged the Utah Utes, 34-24. With an injured shoulder, Ka'Deem Carey somehow rushed for 204 yards on 26 carries and a touchdown in leading Arizona to its seventh win of the season. Quarterback Matt Scott returned to the Wildcats' lineup and threw a touchdown pass, rushed for another score and directed his team to a hard-fought win. Scott picked up 160 yards through the air and rushed for 74 yards. Austin Hill stepped up as well and caught six passes for 96 yards -- including an 18-yard TD reception. Arizona moves to 7-4 and is guaranteed a winning season.
