National League Championship Series
The LA Dodgers did it the hard way.
The Dodgers, down 3-1 in the NLCS, win three in a row --including a 4-3 thriller over the Atlanta Braves in Game 7 in Arlington tonight to punch their ticket to the 2020 MLB World Series and a showdown with the Tampa Bay Rays.
Cody Bellinger broke a 3-3 tie with a homer in the seventh inning and Julio Urias shutdown the Braves in the seventh, eighth and ninth innings and the Dodgers, with the best regular-season record in the majors this season, take on the Tampa Bay Rays in Game 1 of the World Series on Tuesday.
The Rays own the second best regular-season record this summer. So, it's only fitting the two teams should collide for all the marbles.
Congrats to the Dodgers and the Rays.
