A "Bummer" for Royals in opener of MLB WS

Madison Bumgarner and the San Francisco Giants beat the Royals 7-1 in Kansas City tonight in the  opener of the 2014 MLB World Series.

Bumgarner hurls seven innings, allows one run, strikes out five and walks one, while San Francisco's big blow came from Hunter Pence who hit a two-run homer in the first inning.

Salvador Perez homered for the Royals in the seventh inning for Kansas City's only run.
