College World Series


JC Cloney pitched seven strong innings, walked two and struck out two and Jared Oliva drilled a two-run home run as Arizona (46-22) eliminated UCSB 3-0 tonight at the College World Series in Omaha.

Arizona's outstanding pitching staff has allowed just two runs in three games at the CWS and will take a 2-1 record into the next round on Friday.

It'll be down to just four teams on Friday.  Coastal Carolina and Texas Tech square off on Thursday in an elimination game.
