Oregon shines at Rose Bowl; Pac 12 Conference 5-1 in bowl games
College Football Playoffs
Despite Arizona's 38-30 loss to Boise State in the Fiesta Bowl, the Pac-12 is now a collective 5-1 in the college bowl games. Today, the second-ranked Oregon Ducks trounced No. 3 Florida State 59-20 at the Rose Bowl and grabbed their spot in the national championship game set for Jan. 12 in Arlington, Texas.
It'll be the Ducks against the winner of tonight's Sugar Bowl, either the top ranked Alabama Crimson Tide or the fourth-ranked Ohio State Buckeyes.
Oregon (13-1) is my choice to win it all. The Ducks will win the title and finish a remarkable season with just one loss. And, what was the name of the team that beat them? The Arizona Wildcats!
