It's down to the Elite Eight in the NFL playoffs.

As expected it'll be the Baltimore Ravens at New England, Indianapolis at Denver, Carolina at Seattle and Dallas at Green Bay in the divisional round games next week.

The results of the wild card games this weekend offered no surprises as Baltimore upended Pittsburgh, Dallas edged Detroit, Indianapolis rolled over Cincinnati and Carolina, at home, took down the Arizona Cardinals.

Odds are the home teams will prevail next week. Look for New England to survive a close battle with the Ravens and Green Bay will get by Tony Romo and the Cowboys. Peyton Manning and the Broncos will have their way with Andrew Luck and the Colts, while Seattle will overwhelm Carolina.

Hard to believe, but the Super Bowl is just around the corner.
