Gettings grabs first double-double in Arizona's win over WSU

Arizona Wildcats Basketball

Stone Gettings grabbed his first double-double of the season with 19 points and 12 rebounds to lead Arizona to a 66-49 win over Washington State in Pullman tonight as the Wildcats improve to 15-6 and 5-3 in Pac-12 Conference play.

With the two road wins over the Washington schools this week, the Wildcats head back to the confines of McKale and take on USC on Thursday and UCLA next Saturday.

It was all Wildcats tonight from the opening tip as Arizona built a 32-23 lead at the half and led 53-33  at the 10-minute mark in the second half. The Wildcats had their way underneath the bucket with Gettings and Zeke Nnaji (10 points, 10 rebounds) controlling the inside game, while Nico Mannion was all over the court, contributing 14 points, four rebounds and four assists.

Way to go, Wildcats.
