Ironwood Ridge Freshmen Football


Grandson Jadon Price carried the ball 11 times for 100 yards -- including a 15-yard touchdown run to lead the Ironwood Ridge Freshmen Football team to a 24-0 win over Canyon del Oro tonight at the Nighthawks' field.

The big play of the night came in the fourth quarter on a 50-yard TD pass from quarterback Noah Pallades to receiver Brayden Smith. The Nighthawks added two more scores on the night on touchdown runs by Nick Brahler and Diego Limon.

Jadon and the Nighthawks improve to 3-0 on the season and head for Sierra Vista next Thursday to take on Buena.
