Ironwood Freshmen Football
My grandson Jadon Price scored from three yards out and adds the two-point conversion on a diving catch to lead the Ironwood Ridge Freshmen to an 8-0 win over Marana tonight at the Nighthawks' field.
Jadon was like a bolt of lightning for the first ten minutes of the game, rushing for 30 yards on five carries and grabbing all eight points in the game as the Nighthawks improved to 2-0 on the season.
Jadon has now scored ten of the Nighthawks 36 points so far this season. Jadon and the Nighthawks take on Canyon del Oro at home next Thursday.
