The Philadelphia Phillies will head home with a 3-2 lead in the NLDS after a 6-1 win tonight at Chase Field over our Arizona Diamondbacks. Three homers by the Phillies and only one by Arizona -- a solo blast in the seventh inning by Alek Thomas.
It was a great showing by the Diamondbacks at Chase...and their fans, with over 143,000 in attendance during the three games.
Unfortunately, the Phillies need just one of the two games at Citizens Bank Ballpark to move on to the 2023 MLB World Series.
But it's never over til it's over. Come on, Diamondbacks!
