The Arizona Diamondbacks head home to Chase Field, up two games to none over the Dodgers in the best-of-5 National League Division Series after a 4-2 win tonight in Los Angeles.
Zac Gallen goes 5.1 innings and allows two runs on five hits to earn the win before turning things over to the Diamondbacks' bullpen. Once again, Paul Seward earns the save in the ninth, this time with a 1-2-3 inning. Arizona's relievers -- Andrew Saalfrank, Ryan Thompson, and Kevin Ginkel -- added their two cents by getting the job done and blanking the Dodgers in the middle innings.
Lourdes Gurriel Jr. went 2 for 4, knocked in two runs, and homered in the sixth inning.
Way to go, Diamondbacks!
Next game: Wednesday at Chase, 6 p.m.
