Little League World Series
South Korea applied the pressure for six innings and won the 2014 Little League World Series 8-4 today over Chicago Jackie Robinson West in South Williamsport, Pa.
The Chicago team, winner of the U.S title over Nevada on Saturday, couldn't hang through the middle innings with the Korean team, the international bracket winner, but fought until the very end when they rallied for three runs the bottom of the sixth inning.
South Korea, who went unbeaten in 1984 and 1985 to win the LLWS, did it again this year, as they ran the table -- devouring all their opponents.
