Could it be a LA World Series?

Arizona Diamondbacks

The Arizona Diamondbacks lost 9-5 last night to the NL West division leaders, the Los Angeles Dodgers. The Dodgers remain in first place with a 75-58 record, as for the Diamondbacks, do I have to put their season record in print one more time? Okay...55-77.

The quick two-game series ends today at Chase Field with Clayton Kershaw (15-3) going for the Dodgers and Wade Miley (7-9) for the Diamondbacks.

Could it be a LA World Series?

The Angels are in first place in the AL West.  Oakland still just one game back. It could happen. The Los Angeles Angels (78-53) vs. The Los Angeles Dodgers.

The Angels, with the best record in baseball with 31 regular season games to go, blew by the Marlins last night, 8-2. Mike Trout and Albert Pujols knocked in key runs in the game. There's a duo for you, no wonder the Angels sit atop their division!
