Blackbirds looking for a win over the D'backs

The 38-and-over Mountain Division Blackbirds need a win badly. With a 4-9 record in the Mountain Division of the Tucson MSBL, the Blackbirds take on the cellar-dweller Diamondbacks Thursday night at 7 p.m. at Reid Park. The Blackbirds knocked off the D'backs earlier in the season by a score of 11-7. The D'backs have just one win under their belt this season. The Blackbirds have had to battle all season and at this point can't catch the front runners in the division -- the Yankees and the A's, two teams with a combined won-loss record of 23-2.
