Arizona edges Gonzaga 66-63 in overtime today at McKale Center.

The Wildcats improve to 8-0 as T.J. McConnell scores six points in the overtime period. Gonzaga, ranked ninth in the country, is saddled with its first loss and falls to 7-1.

Another team effort by the third-ranked Arizona Wildcats. Brandon Ashley led the way with 14 points (with some key buckets down the stretch in regulation), while McConnell finished with 12 points and three key steals. Freshman sensation Stanley Johnson contributed 11 points, six rebounds and two steals, while Kaleb Tarczewski powered his way underneath the basket for 11 points and a team-leading seven rebounds. Rondae Hollis-Jefferson came off the bench once again, scoring eight points to go along with six boards in 37 minutes of action.
