Mike Taylor is one of the hottest hitters on the TOTS the past two weeks. Today at Udall Park, he did it again. Taylor went 3 for 4 and drove in three runs as Team Blue beat Team White, 11-4.
Dennis Crowley, John Mathews and Reed Palmer also chipped in three hits apiece for the winners, while Bill Mishler was the big gun for Team White with a 2 for 4 day and two runs scored.
Team Blue's pitcher Pete Maldonado picked up the win, while Lloyd Barzell went the distance for Team White and was saddled with the loss.
The TOTS will be back in action on Friday at Udall. Game time: 9 a.m.
