The Arizona Diamondbacks won 14-2 on Sunday over the Royals in Kansas City to finish the regular season with a 93-69 record. That's an outstanding 52-29 record at Chase Field and a 41-40 record on the road.

A very good season for our Diamondbacks. Now, the Diamondbacks can throw the won-loss record out the window as they host a NL wild card game on Wednesday at Chase Field against the Colorado Rockies (87-75). The Rockies finished 46-35 at Coors Field and ended up with the same record on the road as the Diamondbacks.

The two teams tangle at 5:08 p.m. -- a one-game affair to decide which team moves on to face the LA Dodgers in the next round of the playoffs.
