Patriots, Falcons head for Houston and Super Bowl 51
The Road to the Super Bowl
Matt Ryan and the Atlanta Falcons roll over Green Bay 44-21 today to win the NFC Championship and Tom Brady and the New England Patriots blast Pittsburgh 36-17 to win the AFC title.
Congrats, to the two winners.
Houston awaits.
