Diamondbacks head for Philly
Arizona Diamondbacks
The Arizona Diamondbacks (15-18) lost 2 of 3 to the Washington Nationals and now head for Philadelphia (13-23) and open a three-game series with the Phillies on Friday.
The Phillies are in last place in the NL East and the Diamondbacks are clinging to fourth place in the NL West -- just 2 1/2 games above the Colorado Rockies.
Arizona is still reeling from the loss on Wednesday to the Nationals -- a game which saw some guy named Michael Taylor hit a grand slam in the ninth to beat the Diamondbacks 9-6 and give Addison Reed (0-2) his second blown save of the year.
Here's hoping for a better outcome in Philadelphia.
