Looks like we made it.
Yes, I know Barry Manilow's song has nothing to do with baseball.
It's the final weekend of the regular season of 2021. Somehow, we made it through...the owners, the players and the fans -- 162 games almost in the books.
It could very well be the Yankees and the Red Sox, along with the Dodgers and the Cardinals in wild card games. Waiting in the wings: the Astros, White Sox, the Rays, the Brewers, the Braves and the team with the best record in baseball, the San Francisco Giants.
Get ready for the Postseason!
By the way. it's October...baseball will end soon...and Christmas is coming.
