Arizona Wildcats Basketball
Four Wildcats scored in double figures and Arizona was tested at times, but won tonight at McKale Center 74-65 to win their only exhibition game of the 2019-20 season.
Chase Jeter scored 17 points and grabbed seven rebounds, Ira Lee notched a double-double with 10 points and a team-high 14 rebounds, while Nic Mannion netted 10 and Josh Green chipped in 11 points. Mannion had a team-high six assists, while Max Hazzard hit two 3-pointers and finished with eight points.
The Wildcats were shorthanded from the outset with a suspension of Devonaire Doutrive and an ankle injury to Zeke Nnaji.
Next Wednesday the Wildcats open their season at home against Northern Arizona.
