The Boston Red Sox finish 108-54 to lead the Majors in wins, the New York Yankees complete the regular season at 100-62 and the Houston Astros end up 103-59 -- three 100-game winners, all from the American League.

In the National League,  the Chicago Cubs and the Milwaukee Brewers end up in a dead heat at 95-67. The two teams await a game to decide the NL Central at Wrigley Field on Monday. In the NL West another dead heat with the LA Dodgers and the Colorado Rockies ending up with identical 91-71 records. The two teams await a game on Monday in Los Angeles to decide the division winner.

It'll all be sorted out come Tuesday morning, just in time for the Wild Card games.
