Balanced offense leads to Arizona win

Running backs J.J. Taylor and Jerry Brightwell combined for 397 yards rushing and three touchdowns to lead a balanced attack in Corvallis, Oregon today as the Arizona Wildcats picked up a 35-14 win over the Beavers.
Taylor rushed for 284 yards, including TD runs of 40 and 62 yards, while Brightwell added 113 yards and a 43-yard TD run.
Khalil Tate threw two touchdown passes -- a 21-yard hookup to Shun Brown and a 16-yard TD to Shawn Poindexter as Arizona amassed 594 yards of total offense -- 442 on the ground. The Wildcats even their season record at 2-2, but more importantly notch their first Pac-12 Conference win.
