Warriors on course to shatter single season wins record

The Golden State Warriors are on course to shatter the single season wins record in the National Basketball League.

It's mind boggling how the Warriors continue to produce win after win after win. With a record of 29-1, the Warriors could shatter the record of 72-10, set during the 1995-96 season by the Chicago Bulls.

Of course, the Warriors aren't quite halfway to the playoffs and when they reach the playoffs, another season begins. The second-best won and loss record in the NBA belongs to the San Antonio Spurs at 27-6.

That's crazy. Here's a team playing at an unbelievable pace and they look over their shoulder and there's the Spurs, a team from the same Western Conference, with 27 wins!

Amazing!
